You know what is cloning? Clone means making same thing in another. Ok How to make clone in photoshop?
If you want to clone a document you should choose the clone stamp tool.
After selection of clone stamp tool you should select(Alt+click) in which place you want to take clone.
By Clicking you can make clone to other place.

How to use the eraser tool?
First you select the place you want to erase by selection tool. Then you select the eraser tool. Click and drag in the selection area. you can see this video if you have doubt.
