Selection Tools
This tool is called as Rectangular marquee tool. You can see this tool in the top left corner in the tool box. This tool is used to select one picture in Rectangular area.
If you click the arrow near the tool that tool strip will be expand and show like
the above picture. In that image we can see 3 more tools inside it. Elliptical marquee Tool, Single row Marquee Tool, Single Column Marquee Tool.
Elliptical Marquee Tool is used to select an image in elliptical shape.
Single row marquee Tool is used to select only one row in an image.
Single Column marquee Tool is used to select only one column in an image.
Move tool: Right side of the marquee tools you can see the move tool. This tool is used to move After selecting the area or region.

Brush Tool :
Brush tool is used to brush in our document as our wish. You can select the brush tool, select the color you want in color picker. Then you can draw in your document as you wish.
and you can adjust with brush size, flow and opacity.
If you increase the flow and opacity the pixel will get sharpness. If you decrease the flow and opacity the pixel will get shade. see the below image you can understand how the brush tool is used.
